Christmas Events 2019

Sorry, I missed posting about a few of the events we have attended recently. We have been busy creating more shawls, mitts and some really awesome hats.

As with everything we create each hat is one of kind. We are always open to suggestions for new items or styles to create, send us an email, send us a doodle or sketch of what you would like us to create and we will see what we can do.
We love creating custom orders.

For the crafters and fibre artists out there don't forget you can come to the ranch and create your own one of a kind item. You can bring your own batts of fibre or you can use ours. If this is something that interests you please contact us to discuss it. We recently had two ladies come for a 90 minute session with the plan of each of them making a rug, but they got so into it they stayed longer and by the end of the day we had created 3 rugs, 2 shawls and a scarf ! It was a very fast paced and creative day.

Our next event is the Blue Mountain Christmas Gift Show, Nov. 16th & Nov. 17th. This is a great event for all your Christmas shopping with over 100 unique vendors. We will have all of our latest Laslyn Alpaca Fashions with us and will be accepting orders for Christmas gifts. We will also have everything you have come to expect from us - the wonderfully warm and comfy alpaca socks, insoles, knit mittens, toques, and the practical one of kind area rugs (we will also take custom Christmas orders for those), the perfect stocking stuffer for the environmentally concerned and practical folks - a set of dryer balls. Last but not least a favourite no matter what the age is our wonderfully cuddly stuffed toys - we have bears, alpacas, lions, penguins, elephants, horses, unicorns and giraffes!

We are glad to be returning to our roots so to speak by being vendors at the Flesherton Farmers Market Christmas Show on November 30th. We haven't been in a few years so we are delighted to be back and we will have all the wonderful items mentioned above with us.

For those you like to brave the cold and see the alpacas up close once again we will be having our Annual Christmas Sale in the Barn with the Alpacas on December 7th & 8th. from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm each day. This is a great time get everything you need to keep warms from head to toe this winters as well as some unique Christmas gifts. We have not yet confirmed our guest vendors for this event but will add to the blog when confirmed.

As always we will be accepting donations for the Markdale Food Bank, and the Firefighters Toy Drive with thanks. There are times in life when everyone can use a bit of help. We have a great community, let's help others have an enjoyable holiday.

For the comfort of our alpacas, please do not bring dogs to the farm.

Our barn is wheelchair accessible.
