We are happy to have Malcolm Marshall of Vandeleur Organics join us this year. Malcolm will have a variety of micro-greens including peas, sunflower, wheatgrass, salad mix, basil, radish and red cabbage. Here is a bit more from Malcolm - Vandeleur Organics is a small scale indoor micro-farm located in Flesherton, ON specializing in micro-greens. At Vandeleur Organics, all our products are sustainable and organically grown using non-GMO seeds. Micro-greens typically take between 10-25 days to grow from seed to harvest. At Vandeleur Organics we grow in sq.ft. serving surrounding restaurants with high quality micro-greens. Since graduating culinary school and working and learning under some really talented chefs, I found my passion for local, organic, and sustainably produced food.
